Muy amable el personal del comedor.
Absolutely amazing, this year was our 3rd time. And the standards have not dropped a bit! I love this hotel everything about it is brilliant staff, rooms, kids club, entertainment, bar, everything and is very clean. I will be back next year! The entertainment manager is fantastic doing activities through the day for young and old, and continues through the night to make sure the shows are spot on. Such a friendly chap!
we got back 17th april, fantastic hotel, they couldn't do enough for guests food delicious, staff friendly and helpful, entertainment ok, lots to do in the day time, rifle shooting(I won)darts ping pong etc and entertainment staff very nice, it would have been nice to have kettle in room and t.v. was mainly set up for their German guests only 3 news channels for English.
I stayed here for a week early September with my wife and young daughter, we loved the hotel, clean pool, good location, food was nice but a bit repetitive, however breakfast was really good, pastries were amazing! The room was great, had a small fridge which was great with a baby,
The staff couldn't do enough for us, brilliant...
Our 3rd visit to this hotel, every thing is perfect for a relaxing break with great staff.
Just returned from a week all inclusive staff at the Hipotel. The hotel is very convenient to a very nice beach. The food and staff are excellent. The place is spotlessly clean.
The only real issues we had was the sound of the lift at night was annoying and the walls do appear rather thin. Otherwise we couldnt fault the place. i agree with other reviewer withhaving tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be nice.
First time we had booked an all inclusive hotel as was a bit wary of this concept but would thoroughly recommend it at this 4 star hotel. The food was good, plenty of choice and imagine most people would find something they liked from the extensive menu. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our only complaint really was that wi-fi was restricted to the lobby of the hotel which got quite busy at times with yougsters on laptops/phones etc! The service in the bar was exceptional with one of the staff members constantly going around making sure your glass wasn't empty! All the staff were very good, friendly and efficient. There were a lot of german guests but that was not a problem for us. I would not hesitate to recommend to others looking for a good quality hotel in a quiet resort.
The hotel itself was a bit dated but very clean and tidy. The room was a decent size and we had a pool and sea view which was lovely. The staff were also very friendly.
We were there (Myself & Mum) all inclusive and have to say the food was pretty good. I can see why people could think it repetitive but if you like lots of different things there is a variety of choice, just don't eat the same thing each meal! All of the salads and fruit were delicious, all fresh each day, which was nice. We also enjoyed the traditional Spanish night on the Thursday, with lots of fresh fish.
The downside of the hotel was that apart from ourselves and couple of others it was mainly Saga holiday makers. There were trips organised and all the entertainment was geared up to them i.e. Bingo, Dance competitions etc. I don't have a problem with this, however when booking we may have looked elsewhere had we realised. Although we didn't want to be with screaming kids it was a little bit lacking in atmosphere.
The resort seemed very quiet when we went, we thought by mid May it would have all been open but there were still quite a few places shut. There wasn't however a lack of "tat shops" so you can buy buckets and spades to your hearts content. There weren't many restaurants either unless you want pizza, burger or chinese, so we stuck mainly to the hotel for this reason.
The weather was also sadly lacking and Sa Coma doesn't look great in the rain. Apart from that there is absolutely nothing to do. One night we ventured to Cala Millor which we were told had some nice shops and restaurants, we weren't impressed. A few shops but very dirty and still lots of tat.
On the last night we went to Porto Cristo which was lovely, quiet and very little there but it had a lovely marina and a variety of lovely restaurants. Even just having an ice cream in the marina bar over looking the boats was enjoyable, in Sa Coma there wasn't even a nice beach bar.
All in all I would say this is a nice hotel and i'm sure during the summer it will be full of families so probably different all together. However we really weren't keen on the area, I would recommend anyone to hire a car and visit a few different places while you're there.
