A) PROTECTION OF INFORMATION

We inform the user that once registered, at all times he has the right to access his data file, being able to exercise the right to rectification, cancellation and opposition contained in the Fundamental Law 15/1999 or December 13, regarding the protection of personal data. As well as revocation of consent of forfeit and handling of personal data.
HIPOTELS promises to comply with the standards regarding the treatment of personal information, concretely with the Fundamental Law 15/1999 regarding the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter LOPD) and Royal Decree 994/1999, which enacts said law. HIPOTELS will treat its clients’ information in an automated way, and guarantees that the files containing the information are its full responsibility and are properly declared in the General Registry of the Data Protection Agency.
HIPOTELS informs the client that he or she may exercise the right to access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by addressing the data management supervisor in writing, as well as the holder of the files where his personal data is found:

1. SERVICES AND RESERVATIONS

Upon completing the services and booking form, each holder authorises HIPOTELS to use and managing the personal information in an automated way in order to process the requested booking and/or manage services and/or commercial products of HIPOTELS.

The client making a booking is informed that his personal information will be given to the destination hotel, in order to process the booking and guarantee the execution of the same.

2. EMPLOYMENT

Upon completing the employment request, each holder accepts and authorises automated management of the personal information supplied to our Human Resources selection database. HIPOTELS informs the holder that he may exercise the right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in writing to the personal data handling manager.

B) CONFIDENTIALITY

HIPOTELS guarantees the confidentiality of your personal information, as well as use of the safety measures established in Spanish regulation regarding the protection of personal information from third parties, although it may reveal personal information it has to the appropriate public authorities and always with an official warrant pursuant to the Law. In any case, the holders of the information have the right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as the right to revoke consent regarding the handling and forfeit of their information, as provided in Fundamental Law 15/1999 of 13 December, regarding the Protection of Personal Information.

APPLICABLE STANDARDS

These general conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998 of April 13, regarding General Conditions for Booking, to Law 26/1984, 19 July, General Consumer Defence of December 17, which regulated Telephone and Electronic Booking with general conditions, Fundamental Law 15/1999 regarding the Protection of Personal Information, Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 June, which enacts the cited fundamental law, and law 34/2002, of 11 July, regarding Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, as well as the Civil Code and the Commercial Code.

NOTIFICATIONS

All notifications, requirements, petitions and other communications held between the parties in regards to these general conditions must be done in writing and it will be understood that they have been properly carried out when they have been delivered by hand, or send by regular post to the address of the other party, or to the e-mail of the party.

NULLIFICATION OF CLAUSES

If one or several of the clauses included in the general conditions or in the usage conditions were declared wholly or partially null or void, this would affect only the cited provision or the part of it which had been thus declared, the remaining general conditions and usage conditions surviving, and said provision, or part of the same affected, taken as not included.
